Working with Barbie was a delight. We screened other realtors and Barbie was the right fit for us. We could tell that she would work hard in our interests, provide us with insights, and maintain our trust to help us secure the home we wanted. This was our first time buying a home, so we assumed the process would be stressful given the market and the fact that we were newbies, but Barbie could answer all our questions and helped us get in contact with a lender to walk us through everything we needed for a loan. While house hunting, Barbie essentially set us up for success by highlighting things in the market that first-time home buyers may not know as well as guidance within the Hampton Roads market - think schools and flood zones. We were able to secure our home within our time frame AND budget in no small part to Barbie. We were in good hands with Barbie and enjoyed working with her every step of the way. Definitely recommend.
