With the housing market being so aggressive we were worried about finding a home within our budget at such a fast pace. Ms. Barbie was beyond helpful. Our first conversation was very informative and she broke everything down about terms, what sellers were expecting, and what our competition looked like as buyers. We still had our ups and downs but Ms. Barbie worked with us and kept us informed nearly on a daily basis and was always available to answer questions. There was never any pressure on her end for us to place an offer on a home if we didn't fully love it. This was great experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Virginia area.
