Barbie is a godsend. Being military, it is amazing to have a trusted agent to help with multiple transactions as in our case. Barbie keeps all parties of the transaction level-headed and manages reasonable expectations. She definitely sets the bar high when we needed to find a new agent at our next location, and she made herself available to bounce situations to her even though she wasn't directly involved. Life is unpredictable, so if it finds us back in the area, she will definitely be asked to help us again.
