When we were thinking about buying a second home in the Virginia Beach area to be both a vacation investment property and second home for us while I am stationed on a ship in the area, Barbie was a tremendous help. She took the time to explain the short term rental market in the area, which can be difficult to understand, while also guiding us towards family friendly beach areas she thought would work for our situation. Since it was difficult for us to travel for the house hunting she went out of her way to do virtual tours that included walking out to beaches from potential homes to give us as much of a feel as she could. Even though our search for a beach home was very specific, her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients was evident. Her knowledge of the market was also key to negotiations and really helped us out. We are enjoying the place immensely and can't thank Barbie enough for all she did to help us out, going from an idea of maybe getting a beach place, to closing on a beach front condo.
